| Ronnie Outlaw has been in the HVACR industry off and on since 1964. After a very long apprenticeship and after obtaining a real education I developed and implemented field training programs for a major manufacturer. Eventually I was acting in a consulting environment for licensed HVAC Contractors in the United States during which time I also provided design engineering services for several Architectural and Engineering firms. |
| I have been trained by all of the major manufacturers that do business in the metropolitan Northern Virginia area. Further I must go through Continuing Education to maintain my Certifications. |

| If another “licensed service company” condemns your Heat Pump or Air Conditioning Compressor or Gas Furnace Heat Exchanger, I will provide a Free second opinion, upon presentation (at the time of my visit) of the other Licensed Company’s legitimate invoice stating that the Compressor or Heat Exchanger has failed |
