 Repair Service: |
| Diagnostic procedures, to evaluate failed components or function of your heating or cooling equipment. |
| Repair or replacement of components or interconnecting wiring and controls to necessitate proper function of your heating or cooling system. |
| Repair or replacement of ancillary equipment (i. e. condensate pumps, electronic air cleaners, humidifiers, zoning controls and u.v. lights) or duct systems, water piping, gas piping, refrigerant piping or condensate removal and electrical wiring and controls to the equipment. |
| Adjustments to bring your equipment up to manufacturers or industry standards. |
| Maintenance Agreements: |
| Priority service if you experience a failure during the heating or cooling season while covered by an agreement. |
| Once annual checkup of the equipment. |
| Our inspection includes the following checks: 22 items as they apply to your particular piece of equipment. |
| Thermostat, Clean Filters, Proper Voltage, Electrical Connections, Fan & Limit Switch, Contactors & Relays, Electric Strip Heaters, Gas Burners, Gas usage, Heat Exchanger, Safety of System, Venting system, Blower Assembly, Pulleys & Belts, Motors & Lubrication, Vibration Noise, Cleanliness of Indoor Coil, Condensate Drain, Cleanliness of Condenser Coil, Visible Leaks, Proper Refrigerant, Total Airflow. |
| No overtime fees if service is performed during those hours listed here. (08:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday except Federally observed holidays). Though I make every effort to make myself available when requested; I do not guaranty that I will be available when requested. |
| 10% off of any repair service provided while covered. |

| Freeze Monitoring: |
| Many of our area residents leave us for the winter season or just for vacation during the coldest part of the year. |
| For those customers so inclined I will install a system connected to their telephone line that monitors their home temperature and calls me to announce any time the temperature falls below 40-45 Degrees Fahrenheit. |
| By prearranging access I will respond to your home and repair the offending heating system to keep your home from freezing. Repairs will be at normal service rates. |
| If however, your electric or gas supplies have been severed I can only advise your emergency contact person of this condition. |
| If winterization is required, I will make all attempts to keep your pipes from freezing. This option can be arranged at the time that you accept this service. |
| Engineering & Design Calculations |
| Site review and layout, Heat Loss and Heat Gain Calculations using ACCA’s Manual “J” standards of engineering or equal as required by local code authority. |
| Calculations only. |
| Calculations with Airflow recommendations. |
| Calculations with Duct Design and Layout recommendations and Zoning. |
| Equipment selection based on customer need or desire. |
